Hi,

I have a mail/package that is sent out from Singapore on 13 June to China. It's been more than a month now but my package has yet to reach the recipient.

Tracking No.: RC636862352SG

The address is somewhere in the middle of two cities, Chengdu and Mianyang, in Sichuan. From what I have checked, there was an attempt to deliver the package to the recipient from May 20 to May 29 in Chengdu. However, it was stated that the delivery has failed.

Now, I do not understand why the package is moving around to the other cities such as Shanghai and Guangzhou.

Please advise if there is anything wrong with the package.

包裹的地址应该是在成都和绵阳的地区，而且包裹原本在5月18日早已寄到成都互换局。

为何包裹现在被送到上海和广州的互换局？？？

请问地址是否有错误?

the parcel should have failed delivery and is on the way back to Singapore. Delivery failure might be caused by many different reasons, you can read this http://track-chinapost.com/?p=658

Hi,

I have asked Singapore Post Office with regards to this issue and I realised there is a high possibility that I will not get my mail back even if it reaches Singapore.

I want to know what is the exact reason which triggers this failed delivery.

From what I know from my recipient, a phone call was made to her during the period of attempting delivery. However, she missed the phone call.

Then, it was indicated that the delivery has failed. There was no notice for my recipient to collect the mail at a designated office. It does not make any sense for the mail to be revolving around the other cities now after just ONE FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT.

Is there NO OTHER WAYS for the mail to be redeliver back to the my recipient's city????

My parcel tracking number RI499001328CN states delivery failed yet i did not recieve a call or any notice as to it had arrived for me. Please help

RI499001328CN is in the hand of South Africa post office. contact them and pickup the parcel asap. otherwise it will be returned to china.
