Post Help needed in tracking package!

Hi.

I've mailed out a package from Singapore to China, Guang Zhou on 31/3/2015. Tracking number is RC633677453SG. The online status (both Singapore and China side) shows that package is at China custom since 2/4/2015. May I know if it will be shipped to recipient soon?

you should ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and pickup the parcel asap.

Hi. Thanks for your prompt response.

May I know if there was an attempted delivery? And is there any way that the parcel can be delivered/redelivered to receiver?

the parcel is in guangzhou and should have delivery problem, only guangzhou local post office know the exact situation of the parcel problem. so you should ask receiver call local china post phone number 11185. you can not get accurate answer from here.
