Hello, I sent a package RE334540351GR and the status now is:

China Post Register Air Mail Tracking System

Parcel No.RE334540351GR tracking result

2016-10-21 01:40:00.0 leaving 雅典
2016-10-21 01:41:00.0 雅典 export customs cleared
2016-10-25 09:43:23.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs scan
2016-10-25 12:56:38.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2016-10-29 09:37:04.0 Shenzhen Transit Station import customs scan
2016-10-29 13:29:05.0 Shenzhen Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2016-10-30 19:15:47.0 arrive 民治dept. delivery office
2016-10-31 09:28:12.0 民治dept. attempt delivery
2016-10-31 19:37:51.0 民治dept. attempt delivery
2016-11-01 08:23:45.0 民治dept. attempt delivery

The problem is that the receipient says that the package is delivered. Do you know what is happening? I need a clear answer bacause this is an open case between me a chinese shop and Paypal.

1. I have check multiple sites and it's saying the same thing as you. What could have happen is the Computer has not been updated yet.

2. The parcel was ready to be pick up, so if the recipient is telling you that he has the parcel then he pick it up or was deliver to him.

3. If the recipient is telling you that he receive the parcel then you only have to tell him to send you an E Mail stating that.

4. If for any reason that is not suitable for you or PayPal then ask the recipient to phone China Post to have the parcel mark as deliver to him.
