I'm going through the same thing. I called my local Post Office earlier and they ran the tracking # for me. My package is still sitting in China. I ordered this on 12/12/19...paid and extra $9.00 for priority shipping.
Never again will I order anything from this company.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

If you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need open dispute against fraud.
