Post Help!!! Item Showing Import Customs Scan and Import Security Scan repeatedly for 9 Days

Tracking number is CN016484709ZA, i sent back faulty cellphones with no batteries inside from South Africa to China and the status have not changed for more than 5 days. Please help with the whereabouts of my parcel.

CN016484709ZA is in Beijing. You should ask recipient to call 11185 and pickup the parcel.

The parcel is going to Shenzhen, i contacted the recipient and he said he will wait for it to arrive to his city and post office will call him. I'm confused now as to why he is reluctant to call 11185 to find out why its not moving. What shall i do

If the recipient does not cooperate with you, you can do nothing.

If he doesn't pick it up, will the parcel be returned back to me, because i wrote return address on the envelope.
