Post Help!! how to track from Saudi Post

I booked 5 orders on 24 January 2017. None has yet arrived.
All 5 sellers saying wait or contact local post
When I call saudi Post, they are unable to track as the tracking numbers are starting with numbers. They said it should start with 2 letters than 9 digits and again 2 letters.

What should i do? The sellers are saying wait. How would i know if they passed the security scan or is it worth waiting?

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute and claim refund.
