Hi
Can you tell me what's happening with my parcel. Status hasn't changed for 2 weeks. Tracking #. EA068406049CN

What can I do about this situation? Track #EA068406049CN.
The seller said they will make inquiry about my parcel with EMS and I must wait a couple weeks because they take a very long time to respond. Is this true? Will I ever get my package or should I forget about it. I ordered purses from this website before without problems.

Normally if parcel is held by customs because it has forbidden item.
