I ordered something in the first week of April 2017 and it is now the last day of April 2017 and my tracking information still says "pre-shipment" and nothing has changed from processed through facility in Shenzhen . Any info on where my parcel is??? Number LW067567901CN

LW067567901CN should be in USPS import sorting center in Chicago. This sorting center processing speed is very very slow. You might need wait 2 to 8 weeks to get it released from there.
