My package has been the same position for about a week now and it even went back to the same status as before. I would like to know if it’s left China yet or if it’s still there? As well as how many days it would take to get to me here in Canada? My tracking number is RX711596512CN.

Then it will wait for import processing in Richmond BC. How long it will complete import processing depends on your luck. As per CBC and GlobeMail report, Canada Post often let china post register mail parcel staying in their warehouse for 30 to 60 days without processing . So you might wait 3 months to get your parcel.

Next time please use China Post ePacket to ship goods from China to Canada, ePacket takes only 2 to 3 weeks to reach Canada receiver.

you need wait about 4 to 12 weeks to get it in Trinidad. Everything is ok, no need worry.
