although the parcel was returned by singapore post, you still need contact seller instead of china post or singapore post for refund.

How do we come to know if the parcel is lost ? As the item has stopped tracking since 1 month.

China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date. you can not know exact location at this moment. It should be outside china now. very possible to be in Belarus waiting for transit to Poland.

you need wait about 2 to 6 weeks to get it in Europe.
