Your parcel's status is normal. It left China for South Africa on 17 December, and transit time to South Africa is 60 days on average. The parcel's status can't be updated while it's in transit between countries -- the next update will come when it arrives in South Africa and the postal service there scans it.

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?

Parcels that were sent in late November and early December are just beginning to arrive in South Africa now. Yours should show up within the next week or two.

I ordered a grill online and when I look up to see where my package is it shows the same message. Has my product been shipped yet? Tracking number #UD052273733CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php?code=UD052273733CN shows only "Shipping notice received from seller". They have printed out a tracking number but not actually sent anything yet.

It's been already a month since it cleared the custom center but no updates since then. Is it still in China?

RX802681158CN is still in China waiting for shipping space. Not sure why it takes so long in Chongqing. It might be lost.

If you can not get it by mid of Feb, you should open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

Where did you leave my package. It was delivered 12/28/17 somewhere. No US information available.

Without a tracking number there is no way to know. If the delivery address is in the USA, you need to speak to your local USPS office -- they're the ones who handle delivery of parcels in the United States.
