http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller told China Post he plans to ship the goods but never actually shipped anything yet. You should be cautious of fraud.

Which website did you buy from?

Yes, it has left China just a few hours ago for Canada

EDIT : You will be possible to track this item from canada's post website

Thanks for your reply! the reason that I ask here is because this is the second time that the same package to be shipped. The first time was on the 10th and it shows that "Item returned from export Customs/Security" and end up returned to sender

This time I also see this message but other tracking website says "Departed from export office " instead of "released from custom"( <-- failed last time) (These message are from the same website)

Canada Post's website is quite useless on tracking package lol

Every website has other different statuses in their own words, but what it comes down to right now is that your package is released by export (chinese) customs and is currently on flight to canada or waiting for a flight (shouldnt take too long with EMS, around a few days if lucky), you can also track your package through China EMS their official website or 17track, but i believe that canadapost will provide you the most accurate information as this is the carrier who will deliver your package :)

It seems that the package got returned from custom again

EDIT: Contacted EMS CS and the internal system indicates that the parcel is on the way to Toronto!!!!

your seller did not ship anything.
