BZ011712651CN should have some problem. Normally such ePacket should arrive destination in 2 weeks. You need open dispute to seller for lost parcel.

Item should be sent to my country Thailand but tracking showed it delivery to USA? Not Thailand?

I believe your seller either gave you other people's tracking number or shipped to wrong country. you should open dispute for refund.
