Hi, I would like to ask where is my package (9896971808214? I have contacted the hotline 10 times and have still no information on my package. Why is it stuck at Ha Er Bin for 14 days? My package better not be lost.

9896971808214 is not. china post tracking number. you should be cautious of scam.

Oh no. Is this website http://www.ems.com.cn/ems/order/singleQuery_t fake? I keyed in the tracking number and it shows that it is in Ha Er Bin but if this is not a legitimate website, can I ask where can I find the website for 中国邮政快递？ The seller used that courier service to ship my package.

9896971808214 seems to be a china post domestic parcel, not for international shipping.

so far no information about 9896971808214 after Nov 16. Maybe you can wait one or two more weeks to see what happens. The parcel is a domestic parcel within China. Are you the receiver in China? If yes, I suggest you call China Post hotline 11183 for delivery detail.

I am the receiver but my friend is helping me collect as I am not in China. I tried contacting the hotline but to no avail. Do you know what number can I call to contact 哈尔滨中心局松北处理中心 directly?

11183 is the only way to contact China Post. You need ask your friend to call this phone number inside China.

Hi, I contacted China Post and they say they suspect they couldn’t find my package. Is there a way I can contact the 哈尔滨中心局松北处理中心 directly to ask them to properly find my package as it contains invaluable items that cannot be purchased elsewhere anymore and I really need to find my package.
