Hi, I've been emailing my seller to have open communication before I open a dispute. When I purchased my item on Dec 1. My tracking number given is 11753987749. I still can't track it on any legit tracking website. When he emailed me back he gave me a ss of the detailed tracking info. I emailed him again questioning how come he can track my package and I can't and what is he using to track my package? He send me this website to track my package. http://www.track-chinapost.com/zh-cn

I haven't clicked on the link because I don't trust the link, but do you know if this is a trusted tracking site or is this a fake? Is it me or can I still NOT track my package? He was suppose to ship it via ePacket but instead shipped "China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus". I want to open a dispute because I feel like I'm being frauded, but want to make sure I have checked everything before I do.

I guess my question is, how trust worthy is that website and the information on it? When I try to track my package on here, on this website and other trusted websites, it's still coming up as invalid. Or that the package was never registered. So I'm not sure if I'm given a fake tracking number and a website that is fake too.

I just don't understand why his link can track it, but not the links here or the link from Aliexpress. This is my first time having an issue with tracking so I want to make sure I don't leave a stone unturned before I file a dispute. I don't want to upset or accuse the seller if I am wrong.

This is trusted website and have been using for long time. This website check with all china courier company and therefore can give result. If you know the post or courier company sent through, then you can directly check from that website. In your case, the item is still not registered with United States. Latest is that it arrived today 20/12/2015 in America. It was sent through Yanwen courier and you can track on their website.

I guess I never heard of yanwen. I wish he would have been explanatory and shipped via ePacket like his seller's page said he would. Hopefully it will come in on time still. Thank goodness for this forum. I would rather figure this all out before I went that route!

Has anyone had their item shipped by Yanwen and received their item?
