Hello. Need help. Made an order on 11.11.15. Seller gave tracking info http://www.track-chinapost.com/track.php?code=1072083573. Information stopped on 13.11. Opened the dispute & seller sent shipping invoice Image Can you help to understand is this invoice fake or not? date is 7.12 but info about parcel is since 25.11. Seller says it's copy that china post sent him. Thanks.

your seller's shipping invoice is quite suspicious. Many things in this invoice is not reasonable.

1)1072083573 is not china post tracking number. the China Post tracking number seems to be the barcode on the top: 70097857244 . However, http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php?code=1072083573 was Nov 25. This is quite conflict with the signature date Dec 7,2015

2)This parcel invoice is for China Post ordinary parcel which is about $1.5 cheaper than China Post register mail. It can not be tracked with delivery detail. Very few seller use ordinary parcel to ship goods over $10 because it lack delivery protection for seller. In other words, even if you have received the goods, you can open dispute to aliexpress/ebay for non-receive refund because ordinary airmail parcel has no delivery proof.

The parcel invoice shows value over $31, i can not image seller use such cheap service to ship the expensive order.

you can wait one more week, if you can not get it next week, open dispute.
