Hello.
My delivery status says "failed" but i've never been noticed about deliveey date or hour. The destination is Peru. I want to know how to speak or solve this problem with the delivery office, but i do not even know how the delivery office is called. Thanks.

Peru Post(Serpost) website shows RV907816416CN just arrived OFICINA POSTAL DE TOMAS MARSANO - DISPONIBLE PARA ENTREGA EN EL CENTRO DE DISTRIBUCIÓN ,

you need contact your local post office to pickup the parcel.
