Hi, tracking number EA165942757CN shows that the was unsuccessful delivery attempt on the 3rd of May. Since then no update - where is the package now and when it will be delivered. Thanks

Germany Post (GDSK) website shows the parcel status as "HAN, Attempted delivery,. No answer, advice note issued".

You need to to GDSK office pickup the parcel.
