Hi there, my package "RI779188560CN" "Guangzhou transit station export customs cleared" no update since December 10,2015. Is it still in China or lost ? Destination is Canada

it should have left china. now is rush season, normally parcel will keep travel another 2 to 6 weeks after leaving china. you need some patient.
