Hello! Any more info on CP404577404CN please? Is it still sitting in Guangzhou? Is CP tracking number the slow one? Will my package arrive by May?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows CP404577404CN was sent to Guangzhou airport on Mar 14. That is the last information we have. I believe it is still in Guangzhou now.

this kind of tracking number starting with CP is called China Post sea/air combined parcel. This is a very slow service. Now China has cancelled more than 90% airlines to USA to stop covid19 virus spreading. China Post has serious shortage of shipping space. CP parcel has very priority to compete limited space with EMS and ePacket. You need wait long time. In worst situation, waiting can take Half year.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

it just says the parcel was scanned again in Guangzhou airport.

Does this mean it is leaving Guangzhou Airport now? Or why have they scanned it another time?

It is possible to leave Guangzhou airport after the scan. But it does not mean you will get this parcel very soon.

As I told you before, your parcel(CP***CN) is low priority slow parcel, it is almost impossible for such parcel to get direct flight from Guangzhou to your country.

Leaving guangzhou airport is just the first step, after leaving Guangzhou airport, it might transfer to next airport or railway station and wait next scan again . You need some patient.

What is the meaning of "Guangzhou International Center" And "Guangzhou International Exchange Station"? My package keeps going between the two.
