Can you please help me? I ask a shippment to Portugal and I am waiting sinceramente 21 november.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM300610570CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Beijing office to Portugal on Nov 27.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Portugal Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Beijing ,China or customs warehouse in Lisboa, Portugal ). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Portugal Post gets the parcel from customs. Then royal mail website will show its new status with Portugal location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
