Hi,

My tracking number is EA012403801CN and it's been stuck in "Departed from export office" for nearly a week now. Can you please help me track where my package is??

In some stage, status updating can take 2 to 3 weeks, this is normal, no need worry.

Your parcel is still waiting for flight space from china to Australia.
