Post EMS shipping with no update

Hello everybody, I have a package that was sent on 16 January via EMS from China with delivery to France. The status is always the same and has not changed. Is this normal?
Tracking number is EE681740540CN

1. To me tracking of your parcel is fine. It's going to Hong Kong first then after to Charles De Gaulle in France.

2. Are you aware of this:
The number starts with “E” and ends with “CN”, i.e. EE123456789CN, EA987654321CN
This is China Post Express Post Service(EMS). Normally it is much faster than airmail and might take one to four weeks to arrive. The price is also much higher than airmail.

Good luck I have a parcel that hasn't changed its date since dec 29th
