I have a parcel being shipped through EMS Airmail but it still hasn't arrived to me in the UK and there is only tracking for the 4th October when I think it was sent.
The tracking number is:
LX983255717CN

I'm not sure if it's lost but the seller says be patient and wait but should it take this long?

1. Normally E Packet should take from 6 to 12 working days to be deliver excluding the time spent by the parcel at the Customs Office in both countries.

2. When your parcel was mail in China on 04 Oct, that all week was a National Holiday. So movement of mail was kept to a minimum to non existence.

3. After tracking your parcel on different sites this is the only tracking available:

4. When you contacted the seller he should have call China Post EMS to find out what is going on with your parcel. But I guest he only gave you a general answer.

5. May I suggest you open a dispute to get your money back as soon as possible for your parcel (not receive) that has been on the road for 44 days but did not move from one inch.
