Post EMS Package missing?

hello,

my ems package left china on the 29th of last month, tracking number is EA321916793CN

since leaving china there has been no tracking updates at all, is it lost?

i can't for a second believe it takes over a week to fly from china to new zealand. I thought EMS was express post.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel left china on Sep 29. Sometimes parcel might take 2 to 3 weeks to reach NZ. please be patient.

that's terribly slow for "express shipping" i can't see how it leaves china, then takes weeks to arrive in new zealand, is ems sent by ship?
