Post EMS delivered to wrong address

I ordered a shoe since the beginning of May and have not yet received it. The EMS tracking number I got for my order shows that the shoe was delivered to a different address from the one that I gave. They delivered to a wrong post code in Miami. I gave the correct address to the company I ordered from and the invoice they provided me with has the correct address as well. How do I go about getting my shoe. How do I contact EMS via phone or email to rectify this issue? Please HELP!!!!

1. It would have be nice to have the tracking number for your parcel. But here goes the answer: parcel arriving in USA are delivered by USPS. You need to call them as soon as possible, to find out what really happened to your parcel.

1. You should check your number on USPS as soon as possible. You should also give them a call to find out if by any chances they still have the parcel for you.
