An item belonging to my order was forgotten to be handed over when opening my parcel at hangzhou customs.
What are my recourse to me this object.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was delivered by France Post on Mar 28. If you did not get the goods, you need contact your local post office for delivery detail.

I received my package, but it was not complete.
A part of my parcel was not handed over at the opening to the customs of hanghzou.
I do not understand this lack of professionalism, how little you open a package and do not hand over all the elements.
I find myself with a hood scoop without grid fixing.
It's a shame.
