i want to ask, what diffrent among China Post Air Mail and China Post Air Parcel ?
Or both the same ?

I don't know where you get the word "air mail"or "air parcel". There are many confusing English translations for different China Post services.

Actually most china shipper use following 4 China Post oversea service:
普通航空小包（regular airmail without tracking number）
航空挂号小包(registered airmail with tracking number starting with R, maximum weight no more than 2 kilograms )
挂号大包(Register surface parcel with tracking number starting with CP. can be over 2 kilograms, It might be very slow as some parts of shipment is through sea or truck.)
邮政特快（Express Mail Service or EMS, tracking number starting with E, this is the most reliable and fastest service, and of course, most expensive).
E邮宝(ePacket,tracking number start with L, similar to EMS but much cheaper, only available to USA,UK,Australia at this moment).

So you can check your parcel tracking number and know what service your shipper is using.
