Post Didnt receive my parcel from 7 months

Parcel no: CP343937588CN, posted on 25th April 2018, from China to India and the status was stuck from 30th April and showing as at Guangzhou customs clearance , after that no update and I didn't receive my parcel yet, what is the problem and what should I do as next step ??

CP343937588CN was shipped half year ago. If you did not get it, it has more than 90% chance to be lost.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute for lost parcel refund if it is not too late.

I am in India now and I sent the parcel from China , how to open the dispute , I have the paperwork with me
