Post DHL from Germany stuck (?) in Beijing Customs

Hi all,

I searched the forum and couldn't find a similar post, so here we go.

DHL package sent from Germany to Beijing, currently it is with Beijing Customs since almost 1 month.

I know with Chinese New Year and the virus situation there is natural delay, but what are the next steps?

Just wait for delivery or a call from customs ?

CQ877210458DE arrived Beijing customs on Feb 10. receiver need call china post hotline 11185 and schedule pickup from china post Beijing office. Receiver must make customs clearance in person.

Thanks for your help, I need the china Post/EMS local shipping number so in Wechat I can use the Public Services - Tax - Customs value declaration function. How can I get the local EMS/ Kuaidi number to do that ?

Calling China Post hotline 11185 is the only method you can contact to get your parcel information.
