hi , since 03-Jan-2017 14:49 there is no update for my parcel just this message "Departure export customs", the item is without battery and small package so im so worry for my package , when will i get it ?!
this is the tracking number : LX247070248CN .

Parcel No.71704305758 no update this eight weeks were is my parcell its not even in my country yet ireland by the looks of it asia still in i will not order from china again zero reliability and dependability i give lowest rating for this service with zero been the lowest the latest 9th of january it was supposed to be here

thanks a lot , so do you mean thats maybe the item is in isreal but its not scanned yet ?
i think about that , but i call them too many times and they said that the item didnt arrived yet to israel ... so need to wait more ....
this is the first time when happening like that in general takes max. 2 weeks .

1. Technically the parcel will not be scan by Israel Post because it's not a Register Parcel, so that why the answer of the Israel Post they gave you.
