Post Delivery address closed due to Coronavirus, what happens now?

Hi, They tried to deliver my parcel today, but due to the Virus, the delivery address (my work) is closed. How do I get my parcel please? Can it be delivered to my home instead? or can they contact me upon arrival to the store - it will take me 5- 10mins to get there and meet the driver? What are the other options? thanks

RoyalMail website shows LO881782015CN is in Peterborough DO. You need call Royal Mail to arrange pickup.
