Post Delivered but no parcel

Hi I got a notification to say my parcel has been delivered but it hasn’t , I’m not sure what to do because I can’t get hold of China post and I can’t find out what uk courier that supposed to have delivered it , my tracking number is AS838413382CN if anyone can advise I will appreciate it

We believe you are scammed. Many other users have reported similar fraud.

The seller shipped some junk to another address. He just needs a "delivery" result to claim payment from your bank.

Please explain this to your bank and report fraud.
