Good day Dear Sirs,
At the end of October 2019 I order 2 wrist watches with order number RV230379208CN from dx.com. More than 3 months I am waiting them, but they are still in Beijing, China. May I request from you to check and inform me where is the package now and when will arrive in Bulgaria? It this delay affected by the Corona Virus?

RV230379208CN was rejected by Beijing airport safety check point for many time. I believe you have less than 10% chance to get it in future.

I suggest you open dispute to seller for refund.

Why the order was rejected thousand times from the Beijing safety point at the airport. It is just 2 wrist watches. The seller has no dispute in the site, so I cannot take my money back.

Watch has battery inside and cannot be shipped through regular airmail . Your seller made serious mistake.

You need call your bank to file charge back.

This wrist watches are automatic and have NO batteries inside, they are kinetic. How to take my money back from my bank. The money are taken by paypal. No batteries in the wrist watches.

You need login to paypal then go to resolution center and open dispute to get refund.
