CY590922450DE arrived in Yiwu on Nov 14 and is currently awaiting customs clearance at Yiwu Customs.

The customs clearance delay can be caused by following two reasons:
1)The shipper forgot to print receiver's mobile number in the parcel. China Post needs to send a a code through text message to receiver. Receiver can use the code to make customs clearance online. Or receiver deleted the text message by mistake. In such cases, receiver needs to call 11185 and make customs clearance in person.

2)There's also a possibility that the recipient doesn't want these packages at all. This often happens when the packages are returns from online purchases. Some unscrupulous sellers refuse to accept returns to avoid refunds. If this is the case, unfortunately, China Post cannot help you with this. You'll need to contact the online shopping platform (Amazon, AliExpress, PayPal, etc.) to file a complaint against the seller.
