Hello
The parcel with the tracking number CY590716135DE apparently cannot be delivered. The addressee lives in a student dormitory. Please leave the parcel at the reception! Is that possible? Thank you!

Did you write the receiver's mobile phone number in the parcel? China Post system shows the receiver can not be connected by mobile phone. You need ask receiver call 13472544748 or 11183 immediately otherwise the parcel will be returned to Germany.

The receiver tried to call, but did not get anybody on the phone. Could I send his mobile phone number to you?

No. you need to call that number or 11183.
