http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CY916311433DE shows the parcel arrives Shenzhen customs on Oct 3 but never released. It seems to have customs clearance problem.

You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and try to pickup the parcel . Some duty might need to be paid.
