Post Custom Clearance Unsuccessful with no contact info

Dear all users,

This is my first time sending a packet from Germany to China.
The tracking number is:

CY531169141DE

It says there the last status was on 4th of July that the Custom Clearance Unsuccessful with no further details and contact number that I can call to follow-up with.

Can you share me your experience with such a case?
What would be the best way to find out what happen with my packet?

Note: I am sending baby clothes and some sweets, like candy and chocolate. So no harming stuffs.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CY531169141DE shows the parcel is in China Post customs warehouse on Jul 3. You need call China Post hotline 11183 ,pay duty and collect the parcel asap.
