I have read a lot of topics here and created one myself. I have a package with tracking number format EA**********CN my tracking long has been this:

Date and time Status of Item Location
26/03/2019 17:52 Posted 050051
27/03/2019 08:20 Arrived at export office
27/03/2019 23:15 Departed from export office Beijing
27/03/2019 23:45 Departed from export office Beijing
27/03/2019 23:45 Departed from export office Beijing

I have read numerous identical responses to other customers concerns about the expectant time. While I am in window for the approximate time I do not wish to request a refund or open up a dispute with the seller as of now.

I was curious if there is any information you could provide me and possibly other members of the forum of any knowledge of there being a delay for packages sent from China to the USA.

Last topic I was asked to provide a tracking number or I could not get help but I do not trust posting it on this forum as I do not entirely trust it. From what I can tell the people who volunteer here seem to just put the tracking number in a link themselves and reiterate what they read.

Is there an English contact for China EMS shipping that I could possibly reach out to in regards to my problem?

Also on China official website i get more result but still ones that have not changed.

From your tracking result, the parcel left Beijing for Chicago on Mar 28. Normally it should arrive Chicago in 4 to 10 business days. The parcel should be delayed somewhere between Beijing and Chicago.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not see new status, open dispute for lost parcel.
