Hello,

My package ct282454054cn departed from Nanchang City on 03 September 2020 and there is no update since then.

Can someone please advise on its status and normally how many to ship the package from there to Cambodia?

Note: Normally it spend on a week to get here (Cambodia).

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CT282454054CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Sep 3. It is waiting for flight space. waiting time can take 2 to 4 weeks. you can not see new update before it arrives Cambodia. You need wait some more time.

Thanks for your reply, However i ask one of my friend that he lives in China to call to the office and they told him that my package unable to send to the oversea country. Could kindly help me to check that why it unable to send out ?

Please also advise what i have to do next!

If your parcel contains forbidden item, the parcel will return to the seller. What's in your parcel?
