Hello,

I hope anybody in this community can help us:

We are looking for our parcel we sent from China/Nanning to Germany on 20 October. They told us that it will last up to 6 week to get to Germany but still it did not arrive there.

We tried to reach China post but with no success and the tracking shows something about Shanghai but we do not exactly understood what happens in Shanghai?

Can anybody help us or tell us how we can get in contact with the Chinese Post or start a research on the parcel?

CP313699085CN is surface parcel which goes thru sea. It is very very slow and might take up to 6 months to reach Germany. you can not see new status after the parcel left Shanghai.
