my product returned to China, already has one month, but it still was not delivered to vendendor. what should be done? the selling should go search the product, or the product will be delivered to the seller? CP298389716CN

CP*****CN is surface parcel which might very very slow. You seller used wrong shipping method, if you can not get the goods in 40 days, you should open dispute.
