Dear Sir/Madam,

I have post under the track number CP132266342MY
It was stucked in Guangzhou from 18/2/2017.

2017-02-08 17:09:00.0 Malaysia received
2017-02-15 08:56:00.0 arrive Malaysia 吉隆坡 Transit Station
2017-02-15 11:38:00.0 leaving 吉隆坡
2017-02-15 11:39:00.0 吉隆坡 export customs cleared
2017-02-17 15:10:46.0 Guangzhou Transit Station import customs scan
2017-02-18 15:59:42.0 Guangzhou Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

How can and with who I have to check the status of my post?

If receiver is not in Guangzhou, it might travel one week to reach other city. If you can not get it by Monday, you should call China Post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.

Thank you very much for your clear explanation. The receiver is in XiNing.
Regarding to the number 11185, I think it is only Mandarin supported language (not English speaking).
