I know this is concerning the same topic of updates but this has no movement since January 6th. No updates whatsoever and usps tracking is not available for this package. Should I dispute the charge now? This is coming from china to USA. Tracking number is RM753253513CN. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

1. First of all, USPS will not scan/track your parcel in USA. So it's normal for somebody on the phone to tell you that, the parcel is still in China. The reason is simple, they are looking at the computer the same thing you did when you put in the tracking number on the USPS site.

2. China Post Register Airmail parcel to USA can take between 8 to 62 days to arrive. Here is the reference:

3. Because it's a register parcel, your mailman will have to make you sign for the parcel. If you are not home when the parcel is deliver, they will leave you a card to go and pick it up.
