Hi,

I've got a problem with my order LX288892084CN . In some tracking results it appears as dispatched in Lishui, but it has to arrive to SPAIN and there's no way to find out if it's gone to the wrong direction or what. In international tracking it appears as accepted but not even sent (processing).

Where's my order? Has it been delivered to other person not even in my country? Is it really going to get to Spain or must I ask for a refund to the owner of the shop? It's very urgent please, I don't know where my parcel can be and no one in Correos (Spain's postal office) seems to know either. They say it may be in China, but I'm worried about if they "dispached" really the order to someone else in Lishui instead of sending it to Spain.

LX288892084CN was delivered(actually returned) to shipper's city Lishui. You can open dispute to ebay/aliexpress whichever you paid money to and claim for refund.

Do you know why was it returned? I bought it through Wish :S so I guess I'll have to wait or something.. could you help me any further?
