Strange Issues with a Schrödinger's Registered Consignment from ALIExpress with Tracking Number RF538158262SG – Registered international (Singapore → Switzerland)

Why i call it Schrödinger's Registered?

Well because apparently it's Registered, but yet not Registered!

We have 09-05-2018 now, and Status says my consignment has been delivered, yet i never got it.

So i called Swiss Postal Service and asked where it is, and they said it's delivered.

So i asked where it was delivered, because i never got it and well because it 's Registered it should be impossible that someone stolen it or someone else got it.

And now comes the Schrödinger's part, because they said me that it was indeed sent Registered, but that they ignore that for consignments from China, especially for consignments from ALIExpress and that if i not got it probably was stolen or delivered to a false address?!

Please tell me, what's the purpose of sending stuff Registered again? Yeah right, exactly that something like this is impossible, so why the Hell Swiss Postal Service purposefully ignores the Registration?

I also talked to an Postman that was just delivering stuff near me and told him what Swiss Postal Service told me and he got very angry and said that's not possible, and Registration is a holy thing, and he would sue them and well his anger didn't settle down for about 5 minutes.

I then again called Swiss Postal Service and also told them what the Postman said, and they confirmed, Registered is ignored for consignments from China and especially ALIExpress....!?

So where is my consignment????

And if it was stolen or delivered wherever but not to me, i hope Swiss Postal Service now takes all costs and responsibility, because it was a f*****g Registered Consignment and a registered consignment isn't delivered till they hand it over to me and i confirm receipt with my signature right?

I also told them that i will go to the police and report it as stolen. And suddenly the Dude said, well hmm we can't confirm if it was stolen or delivered wrong and hmm. But look, it was registered so wrong delivery isn't possible, so it was stolen. And so i will go to the Police and report it as stolen, not my Problem what happens next.

I also opened a dispute on ALIExpress and request that goods are re-sent, because i really need what i ordered.

And if someone really did steal it, i wish them much luck, because it's useless for anyone but me, it needs an additional part that wasn't part of the Consignment and isn't available in Switzerland, so it's useless for a random Thief that doesn't know what i ordered.
