Post Confused on estimated time I should get my package!

I ordered this package on September 17th and it is just now getting to the China hold as of yesterday. The number is LW906224434CN and I needed it for my baby shower this weekend and know it won't be here so how much longer should it be? I see most answers are weeks so that means I should probably look for a different maternity dress for pics in December right?

One thing I noticed in another post is it is the holidays in China right now for National Day, which ironically lasts a week (Oct. 1 - Oct. 7).
