Hello
My package UI642680623CN was sent one month ago. I tracked it here http://postal.ninja/en/p/china-post/tracking#!trq/AVamZK but it only shows me that my package Arrived at facility Nanjing International Mail and no more updates since end of July. Could you please help me to find it.

parcel UI565257993CN was shipped from Nanjing to Russia on Jul 24.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
