Good Day

My package hasn't moved since the 20 January and I was wondering what the delay is.

The last time my package moved was the 20 January and nothing since then.

Please advise if there is a email address to contact as I am based in South Africa

After sent to airline, normally it will wait 2 to 4 weeks to catch flight space to South Africa, then it will wait another 4 to 8 weeks to pass South Africa customs clearance. Total time can take 12 weeks.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
