i ordered a super rugby jersey on 10 december and was given tracking number ri801767780cn it doesnt show up in tracking have been scammed ?

Well, usually tracking info shows up after 5-10 days from shipping... now that's more than 30 days..
yes, it can be a scam, or the seller has sent the package without registered air mail that would be also a sort of "scam".

If you've bought on ebay/amazon/aliexpress open a dispute with the seller before buyer protection expires
